The most unprofessional business i have done business with!!! My experience started out good with my saleswoman Matty . The highlight of my experience. From there it went downhill fast !! I put a deposit on the car on Saturday and was told It would be available for pickup on Monday. So I called Monday to see when I could come get it. The manager got on the phone "telling me that she had told me that she would call me back 😒 " so I proceeded to tell her we had not spoken before. So when she realized that it was another customer that she was talking about. From there everything that I was told would be done was either not or I had to call SEVERAL TIMES to get the services that I had paid for. If you have any other options, I would highly recommend that you go with them!!

Please Please Please do not buy a vehicle from Valentine Motors. I trusted the company to give me a decent vehicle and they served me a lemon with a smile. I’ve had my truck for six months and paying a heavy amount in repairs. There has been issues with the fuel pump, spark plugs and now the truck keeps cutting off. The only good job they did was hiding the trucks issues. Please don’t lock yourself in a contract with them, you will be paying for way more than just the vehicle. Yes, you can call but they will let you know it’s not their problem, and to be honest it’s not. You have been warned! Oh and the warranty is a joke. You will see what I mean if you buy.

Around 1pm I reserved a U-Haul online for pickup at Valentine Motor Company. Pickup time was 6:00pm with a 4hr window. Usually, I have been able to return a U-Haul after hours in my past experience. I called the company to confirm if I could drive and park my personal car before taking the truck. A gentleman asked for my first and last name, which I gave, only to transfer me to a rude woman. I told her I was calling about a reservation and wanted clarity for the pickup process to ensure I was on time and there were no surprises. She said “I don’t know what your confusion is because we are closed.” The hours on their website, google and U-Haul clearly states otherwise. I named that I reserved the slot hours ago and it would be nice to follow up with a call if my reservation wasn’t within the window of business hours as a courtesy for me to plan another pickup. She continued to berate me with how much I was inconveniencing them when I literally called to make sure the process went smoothly. She told me I could still pick it up and turn it in next day, but I no longer want to do business with them. I do not know what I did to deserve the hostility and animosity she showed me the second she picked up a transferred call.

Started off as a good business until it came to doing business with them. Its 2 1/2 years later and im still having issues with getting my title situation handled from them. Tags an title was part off my fees, the car is paid off an i still has no tags or correct title to get tags even on my own in which i paid them for. And of course they wont give back my tag an title fees i paid for. All part of the deal in which they didn’t live up too

I purchased a car from this place and it was truly my worse nightmare!!!! 6 days after I got the car white smoke was coming out of the car do to a coolant leak , they made me pay half the price because I didn’t receive a warranty when buying the car smh I’m stuck with this lemon unfortunately when I took the car to the mechanic 3 other ppl were at the same shop from valentine motors with similar issues please stay away from this place !
